Refund Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, items that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal cannot be returned. We offer a 30 day return policy on products that are unused and unopened, and will refund the full purchase price, excluding return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once the item is received at our warehouse and verified as unopened. Please allow up to 14 business days for returns to be processed.

If your item isn’t working properly or arrived damaged, please info@shandshebang.com with a photo or video of the issue. We’ll work with you to troubleshoot or send a replacement. All motorized products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Please note that we can only offer replacements or store credit to the original purchaser. If you received a defective item as a gift, we kindly ask that the original purchaser reach out to us for assistance.
